Moving through pregnancy looks different for everyone — and at Moveology, that’s exactly how we approach it.
While we don’t currently offer a dedicated prenatal-only class or pre-registered series, many expecting parents continue to move with us safely and confidently throughout their pregnancies in our regular classes. Our instructors are experienced in offering thoughtful, pregnancy-safe options and modifications, so you can choose the style and intensity that feels right for your body.

Recommended Classes During Pregnancy
Every body and every pregnancy is different, but many prenatal participants enjoy classes such as Barre, Barre + Stretch, Barre Sculpt, Pilates, Yoga, and Roll + Release. These lower-impact options tend to offer a supportive balance of strength, mobility, and relaxation, while still allowing for thoughtful modifications as needed.
Some expecting parents also choose to attend Strength + Sweat, Power, or HIIT classes with appropriate options and adjustments. The best class for you will always depend on how your body is feeling and what kind of movement you’re looking for on any given day.
If you’re unsure where to begin, we’re always happy to help guide you toward classes that feel supportive and enjoyable throughout pregnancy. As always, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before beginning or continuing any exercise program during pregnancy.
Prenatal-friendly at Moveology doesn’t mean one specific class or set of rules. It means meeting you where you are — physically, mentally, and emotionally — and supporting movement that feels good in your changing body.
Our instructors check in with you before class and offer options throughout, whether that’s extra support with props, a different way to perform an exercise, or swapping a movement entirely. You’re always encouraged to rest, modify, or challenge yourself based on how your body is feeling that day, in a welcoming, judgement-free environment where listening to your body is supported.
