Whether you are a seasoned athlete or just beginning your movement journey, our studio in the heart of Ramsay/Inglewood is designed to be your favourite third space. Our schedule is thoughtfully curated to offer a balanced approach to fitness, blending the precision of Pilates, the grace of Barre, the energy of HIIT and Strength Training, and the fluidity of yoga and fascial release.

We recommend starting with our introductory offers and checking out our new to Moveology page. If you’re unsure which class style is right for you, our Barre and Pilates classes are excellent for building a strong foundation of mindful form.
Looking for Intensity?
Check out our HIIT, Strength + Sweat, and Power classes held in the centre of the room for a heart-pumping challenge.

Studio Tips for a Great Visit
Arrival: Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled class time to get settled.
What to Bring: Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable athletic attire. You can do any class in grip socks or clean, indoor-use-only runners.
Parking: We offer free parking right at our studio location at 1202 20 Ave SE.
Waitlists: If a class is full, we highly recommend joining the waitlist! You will be notified via email or text if a spot opens up.
