Class Descriptions

    Barre

    A full body workout combining barre, arms with weights, cardio, mat work, core, and stretch.

    Build strength, tone muscles, and improve flexibility.

    A great workout for all levels.

    Barre Sculpt

    Low impact, high intensity, with no cardio.

    Longer duration isometric movements at the barre and on the mat.

    Low impact; 2/3 workout, 1/3 stretch.
