Your one stop shop for a well rounded, full body workout.

Low impact. High intensity. No cardio.
Long duration isometric exploration at the barre and on the mat.
Full body sculpting for increased strength and stability.
Grip socks encouraged; clean indoor shoes allowed.

Low impact. 2/3 work, 1/3 stretch.
Focused conditioning standing and on the mat.
Targeted core work and a gloriously long stretch with chill beats.

Moves at your own tempo; focus on form over reps.
